Cups made from EPS or other plastics that have been fed onto the conveyor belt by the production machines are collected and lined up by the Thermoware THW 120-U unscrambler. The cups then continue on their way in perfect alignment.The THW 120-U unscrambler has a maximum capacity of 12,500 cups/hour, depending on the diameter of the cups. The speed is continuously variable. The Thermoware unscrambler can be set for cups with a diameter up to 125 mm.
